Behind the Wheel Training

  • BEHIND THE WHEEL TRAINING

    PARENT/STUDENT INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS

    The following materials must be provided to enroll students in Behind the Wheel Training.

    1. Student:
      • DMV Permit (Permit issued by the DMV once the student has taken the written test at the DMV)
      • Birth Certificate
      • Student must be at least 15 ½ years of age
    2. Parent/Guardian:
      • Supply proof of current insurance on his/her vehicle. Policy must show current effective dates. No other relative, friend, neighbor or acquaintance may supply the insurance requirement unless parents do not have insurance. Person supplying insurance must take responsibility for student in training.
      • Money Order in the amount of $325.00 made payable to Dinuba Adult School.

    No personal checks will be accepted.

      • Student and one parent must be present to enroll.

    Bring all materials to Mrs. Hayes at the Dinuba Adult School office located at 8470 Ave 406. Behind the wheel training is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Students will be taken in the order of completed sign-up. Secretary will schedule the day, time and place of each session. If there are any circumstances preventing the appointment, it is the responsibility of Dinuba Adult School to notify the student and reschedule. Students must notify Mr. Abair of any cancelation with at least 48-hour notice.   

  • ENTRENAMIENTO DE MANEJO

    INFORMACIÓN Y REQUISITOS DE PADRE/ESTUDIANTE

    Los materiales siguientes se deben proveer para registrar a un estúdiate en entrenamiento de manejo.

    1. Estudiante:
      • El permiso del DMV (Permiso emitido por el DMV una vez que el estudiante haya tomado el examen escrito en el DMV)
      • Acta de nacimiento
      • El estudiante debe ser por lo menos 15 ½ años de edad.
    2. Padre/Tutor:
      • Prueba del seguro actual en su vehículo. La póliza debe demonstrar fechas vigentes. Ningún otro pariente, amigo, vecino o conocido pueden proveer el requisito del seguro a menos que los padres no tengan seguro. La persona que provee el seguro tomara la responsabilidad del estudiante en el entrenamiento.
      • Money Orden en la cantidad de $325.00 pagado a la Escuela de Adulto de Dinuba.

    No se aceptará cheques personales.

      • El estudiante y un padre deben estar presentes para registrar.

    Traiga todos los materiales a la Señora Hayes en la oficina de la escuela de adulto de Dinuba localizado en 8470 Ave 406 en Dinuba. Entrenamiento de manejo está ordenado a base de orden de matriculación. La secretaria programara el día, el horario, y el lugar de la sesión. Si hay algunas circunstancias que impiden la junta, es la responsabilidad de la escuela de adulto de Dinuba notificar al estudiante y cambiar la cita. Los estudiantes pueden cancelar con 48 horas de anticipo.
