Welcome to the GATE page!! My name is Audra Sasselli Thornburg and I'm the DUSD GATE teacher. This is my 15th year of teaching in Dinuba. Prior to accepting the GATE position, I worked at Jeffereson Elementary, where I taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. I have always enjoyed teaching the GATE cluster groups. Athough our start may look a bit different this year, I am looking forward to another exciting year of new adventures, challenges, and competitions.
Many students know I like to spend my weekends at the racetrack, racing sprint cars. While Covid has slowed the race season in California, I plan to be back in action in 2021.
