Office of the Superintendent
"Ending Generational Poverty Through Education"
Our vision is to end generational poverty through education. It is not just economic poverty but also emotional poverty, cognitive poverty, physical poverty, lack of support systems, lack of role models, and lack of understanding of how to navigate the hidden rules of our policies and community. We aim to end generational poverty because it is the most difficult one to break. We desire our graduating seniors to be academically, socially, and intellectually ready to face their future in this world.
Our goal is to inspire and equip our students to be the best they can be and reach their maximum potential. We value resiliency, hard work, commitment, teamwork, and collaboration. Our mission is to "Cultivate Excellence" for all students by preparing them for college, career, and life. The bottom line is that we desire success for all of our students. Our employees, educational systems, student support systems, parent partnerships, program offerings, present, and future facilities are committed to this goal.
These are exciting times in Dinuba Unified. We are in the process of building a new Dinuba High School on 76 acres located on Road 80 and Kamm Ave. The building project is scheduled to begin sometime in 2022 and should take 18 months to complete. The new high school will feature 4 Career Tech Buildings, including a Medical Academy, Agricultural, Construction, and Transportation. Dinuba Unified will also be partnering with UC Merced to better prepare our students for university success.
