The math department at Dinuba High School is in the transition phase of switching to the new Common Core math standards and mathematical practices.

We have changed to our new math curriculum by the publisher, CPM, in Math-1, Math-2, and Math-3.  These courses are integrated math courses that combine parts of each of the traditional math courses.  The courses use groups and interactive strategies to help engage students.  The challenge for these courses is to have students do more problem solving and critical thinking, instead of just depending on the teacher to show them how to do each problem.

The math department at DHS also offers Algebra-2, Trigonometry, Statistics, AP Statistics, and AP Calculus.
