Alfonso Isiah

School Safety and Security Coordinator

I joined Dinuba Unified School District in 2022 as the School Safety and Security Coordinator, bringing more than 20 years of experience in safety and security across juvenile justice, corrections, residential treatment, and K–12 school environments.

I began my career with Tulare County Probation, serving for two years as a Juvenile Correctional Officer. I then worked for the State of California for seven years as a Correctional Officer. Following that, I spent eight years with Success In Recovery, a juvenile residential treatment facility, where I served as a Juvenile Counselor supporting at-risk youth through structure, accountability, and rehabilitation.

Prior to joining Dinuba Unified, I worked for Corcoran Unified School District for five years as a Safety Supervisor, overseeing campus safety operations and collaborating closely with administrators, staff, students, and community partners.

I am deeply committed to school safety and take great pride in helping create safe, secure, and supportive learning environments for Dinuba Unified!
