Roosevelt Project

The District facility team has been working with SIM/PKK Architects and JTS on the design for the Roosevelt Kindergarten Modernization Project and Bush Construction was recently selected as the contractor. The Roosevelt Kindergarten Wing will be getting new classrooms during Summer 2021. The Modernization Project has a tentative start date of April 2021 and will last approximately four months; it is expected to be completed in time for the 2021-2022 school year. This project will replace the current kindergarten classrooms with two custom-built modular buildings containing two classrooms, restrooms, storage & workrooms in each for a total of four kindergarten classrooms, an updated Kinder playground area, and a courtyard.
