For the 2022-23 school year, Dinuba Unified will develop an Expanded Learning Opportunities Program.  Working in conjunction with the Tulare County Choices Program and the City of Dinuba After-School Program, the District’s Expanded Learning Opportunity Program (ELO-P) will consist of daily educational, recreational, and enrichment components.  Students will receive homework assistance, academic instruction, and fun enrichment activities.  It begins immediately after the end of the regular school day and is open each school day until 6:00 PM.

Our highest priority is providing a safe, nurturing environment in which Dinuba Unified School students can experiment with learning, develop their potential, and grow in the District’s Extended Learning Opportunity Program (ELO-P). Dinuba Unified has fostered partnerships with two organizations, the Tulare County Choices After-School Program and the City of Dinuba After-School Program, to support our ELO-P.  Both aim to provide safe environments for expanded learning in all 6 elementary sites while serving approximately 800 students after-school.

Our goals are as follows:

● Provide targeted Academic Interventions.

● Provide high quality S.T.E.A.M. experiences.

● Provide Social Emotional Learning (SEL) programs.

● Engage students in healthy choices, wellness, and Physical Fitness Activities.
