MD Live Flyer

MD Live provides all SISC PPO members with access to board-certified doctors and pediatricians who can answer their health-related questions conveniently over the phone, via video, secure email, or via phone application.  The program is available 24/7, 365 days a year, including holidays.  Members will need to have their member ID number and the name, address, and phone number of the covered member who needs medical assistance.  There is a $10 per consultation fee for this service.  The following link will provide more information: MD Live - Members Site

Need your medical ID card quickly?  Follow the steps below to get a temporary one (it works just as well as the real thing!):

1. Log in to anthem.com/ca or register online if you do not have an account (call Member Services at 800-331-1476 and request your healthcare ID number to register).
2. Click on the ID card link.
3. Select a name from the drop down box of the member you wish to print a temporary ID card for.
4. When the system displays the Temp ID Card, click the "Print" icon in the upper right corner of the PDF to print.
