Q: What are my steps to start a 403B?
A: Step 1: Pick a vendor from the "Approved Vendor List". You must contact a vendor from this list to open an account before initiating contributions.
Step 2: Contact or Register online with CalSTRS 403bComply also known as TCG. This will set up the deduction from you paycheck each month.

A: You would call TCG Administrators.
Q: What is the deadline to make changes to my plan?
A: The 403(b) Dinuba USD Deadline Dates for Payroll Changes are needed by the 10th of every month. Changes will take effect the next payroll date. Please make sure you contact TCG before or by the 10th of the month.
Q: Who makes the changes to my paycheck?
A: TCG will send all changes to TCOE to uplaod to the payaroll deductions. If you do not see a change in your check, please contact TCG to verify changes have been made.
