We are very happy to welcome students back to school following the Winter Break. In an effort to maintain a safe and healthy learning environment for students and staff, and reduce COVID-19 transmission on campuses, Tulare County has provided our district with Covid-19 Home Test Kits (Rapid Antigen, Nasal Swab).
While our district is able to provide these at-home test kits, there is no mandate for students to take the test; the use of the take-home antigen tests is strictly voluntary. A medically verified test should be obtained to confirm any preliminary result obtained from a home test kit.
You may call the school office if you are seeking a home test kit. Please keep in mind that each site has a limited supply and may run out at any time; we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
NOTE: A medically verified negative must still be obtained and provided for students to return to school who have tested positive.
If your child tests positive, please keep them at home and contact your doctor and your school right away.
Please remember to call your child’s school if your student has any symptoms of COVID-19 or has had an exposure.
Thank you
