Roosevelt Elementary is one of six elementary schools located in Dinuba, California. Our campus is home to almost 690 students in transitional kindergarten through grade six. We have a full-time academic program improvement (API) coach and Learning Director. Our teachers and staff are dedicated to ensuring the academic success of every student and providing a safe and productive learning experience. The school holds high expectations for the academic and social development of all students. Curriculum planning, staff development, and assessment activities are focused on assisting students in mastering the state academic content standards, as well as increasing the overall student achievement of all subgroups. In addition, we teach students to be students of character. We believe that excellence in academics and respectful attitudes and behaviors are the keys to success now and for the future. We believe that there is no limit to what our students can become or achieve.
Parents and community members are important to our academic program. We welcome your participation in school activities and encourage you to join our PTO, School Site Council (SSC), and English Language Learner Advisory Council (ELAC). Our staff looks forward to working with you and our students on another year of academic success.
All stakeholders are of incredible significance to the high standards set at Roosevelt. As a learning community, everyone understands the academic excellence and civic responsibility fostered at Roosevelt.
We invite you to explore our new website and seek out people of interest that will answer any questions you may have.
