Dinuba Unified School District (DUSD) is comprised of 11 schools across 9 campuses throughout the culturally-rich and diverse city of Dinuba, CA, located approximately 45 miles west of Sequoia National Park.  DUSD serves over 6,600 students, ranging from Transitional Kindergarten through Adult Education.

This Safety Improvement Form allows community members to report safety related concerns to Dinuba Unified School District that you believe to be unsafe or hazardous. This form Is NOT to be used for reporting an accident or incident. All information is kept confidential. Once completed, this form will be sent electronically to the School Safety and Security Coordinator.
